        1. Trying to get a refund for a movie on iTunes because it doesn’t play the audio. Support asked for a video to prove it. Can’t do it through real screen recording because DRM, iPhone video of my Mac screen is too large to send 🙄

        Fuck me I’ve been moved to a senior advisor because one movie doesn’t have sound. Going on an hour now for the sake of £4.99. I’m committed now though.
