List of fuck ups from @AskNationwide since changing my name in September: - Only changed my surname - Didn’t update it on my mortgage at all - Deleted my online account without telling me - Lost my email and phone number so I can’t register for online without phoning them

And thanks to messing up my name, it’s a complete nightmare trying to confirm who I am when I phone them.

At least they’re not in charge of important things like bank accounts and mortgages.
