@brimorganbooks I so diligent when using someones name in an email or whatever (perhaps because I have an unusual spelling) but I'm always shocked when people can't be bothered to get it right. Last time a guy named Matt got it wrong (he put "Rob") so I replied "Hi Mat" 😂️On twitter.com
