    Hermes have removed previous tracking events this morning, to make it look like they didn’t try and deliver yesterday.

      I avoid any retailer who uses Hermes for this exact reason. But when Amazon doesn’t have something I want, I don’t have a lot of choice.

        This is the first time in a while I’ve ordered online outside of Amazon and to be honest, I’ve no sympathy for other retailers.
