The problem with that figure, which is technically achievable on min. wage is you have to guarantee ~40 hours a week.

Most places that pay min. wage (retail, etc) won’t give people any amount of hours guaranteed. Much less 40 hours.

So either minimum wage needs to go up or the government needs to step in on the BS zero-hour contracts.
